Job Description Step Teachers are working with a School that is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths teacher to join their team from April 2025 for a long-term supply role.
This school under the old Ofsted scheme is a "Good"school who have happy and proud students.
The leaders aim to develop well-rounded citizens and receive teaching that will enable them to succeed at life.
Behaviour at the school is good, and the quality of education that the students receive is also good.
The school also has a sixth form onsite as well.
Maths Teacher - Key Responsibilities: \n Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum \n Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources \n Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school \n The Maths Teacher must plan and deliver engaging maths lessons to students.
\n Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
\n Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
\n Maths Teacher - Qualifications: \n QTS Status and enhanced up-to-date DBS.
\n Bachelor's degree in a maths-related field.
\n Teaching experience in mainstream Maths at the secondary level.
\n A Maths Teacher with Strong communication and classroom management skills.
\n Passion for inspiring young minds.
