Mathematics Teacher (Full-Time) – Thurrock We are supporting an excellent school in Thurrock in the recruitment of a highly motivated and qualified Mathematics Teacher .

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction to students across a range of year groups and abilities.
Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lessons that promote engagement and facilitate student understanding and progress.
Regularly assess and monitor student performance, providing detailed feedback and guidance to support individual development.
Establish and maintain an inclusive and conducive learning atmosphere that encourages active participation and academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues within the Mathematics department to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and contribute to its continuous development.
Support students in academic competitions and other extracurricular activities, enhancing their educational experience.
Maintain effective communication with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Essential Qualifications and Skills: A degree in Mathematics or a related field (Qualified Teacher Status is highly desirable).
Demonstrable experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level, with a strong understanding of the GCSE and A-Level curricula.
Proficient classroom management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
A commitment to fostering academic excellence and supporting the holistic development of students.
The ability to differentiate instruction and tailor teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
