Manpower Recruitment have formed a partnership with an established Marque hire company just on the outside of Oxford.
We are looking for an experienced Marquee Rigger Team Lead This is a Full Time, permanent position, typically working 40-50hrs per week (Flexibility needed at busier times) and weekends and Bank Holidays will be needed to be worked with the needs of the business.
The role is paying £30000-£35000pa depending on experience.
A full UK Driving Licence will be needed.

We are looking for a Full-Time team member to lead our delivery, manage seasonal teams, and maintain the quality of work on site.
Key Responsibilities Build and dismantle marquees and interiors, working with suppliers and clients on site.
Lead the loading/ unloading of vehicles, schedule cleaning and ad hoc repairs Work closely with the team in scheduling and planning work Staffing- To manage the seasonal crew, to include Scheduling, reporting hours and communicating payroll.
Stock Management- to be aware of stock levels and communicate to relevant team members.
Yard Management- responsibility to maintain a safe, efficient working environment To help support recruitment process for seasonal staff and to lead, train and inspire team members Admin- To understand company strategy and process, be part of the supplier/ third party communication.
To represent the Company's Brand and Culture To maintain the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
Assist the wider team members when appropriate for the benefit of the company To be part of the sales process, to be involved with communication Taking on additional responsibilities such as refurbishing equipment, cleaning, reorganisation, and planning Requirements Full UK driving Licence This is a Permanent position, working from our premises.
