We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager (f/m/d) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Lead end-to-end project management for various marketing campaigns, and special projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
Track all initiatives, monitoring progress of key milestones, ensuring project deadlines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Build and refine operational efficiencies, including processes, templates, tools (with support of tool owners).
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements Execution & Delivery: Manage operational aspects of marketing projects and scope and secure appropriate resources to achieve client satisfaction.
Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Lead in stakeholder management, internal and external (e.g.
marketing agencies) and break down silos across departments to improve performance and effectiveness.
Engage with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and communication plans to keep them informed and soliciting feedback as needed.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Create learning agendas and post-project evaluations to capture and implement refinements for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
Proven expertise in Agile project management methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics (GA4).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional English-speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications: (optional) Familiarity with and background in SEO and SEA.
German language skills.
Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
