Marketing Program Manager

This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT and embedded into eBay's Global Program Team.JOB PURPOSE:Quickly learn eBay's business and marketing best practices as you work with eBay marketing leadership and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive operational plans to manage complete project lifecycles for complex integrated marketing campaigns.
You will work hand in hand with Global Brand, Global Operations, Global Marketing Teams (CRM, Media, Comms, GCI, etc), and Global Creative Teams.
You'll be driving initiatives to ensure the right plans for the agreed-upon strategy are delivered to drive eBay's business goals.You will execute omni-channel marketing deliverables by collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining requirements, scopes, scheduling resources, ensuring deliverables hit key milestones from kickoff through delivery, QA, campaign optimization and reporting on campaign results.
May include supporting concept development/creative strategy, media strategy, photo shoots, tv, video, print, digital content including social, email creative, radio/audio spots, and out-of-home media.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations to ensure dots are connected betweenCustomer strategies, marketing objectives and strategies in go-to-market executionsProject management and oversight of campaigns including creative development, agency management and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time for paid and owned channelsCreate project status reports to track progress and timelines to streamline communications among stakeholders in an agile and action oriented environment.
Partner cross-functionally to optimize processes and provide continuous improvement to marketing operationsObtaining buy-in and sign-off from business unit partners for all plansRegular status updates to marketing and business unit partnersManage campaign planning, development and deploymentAbility to build timelines, lead creative reviews, create and improve processesManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 7+ years experience in project or program management within marketingPrevious experience in a marketing role or agency environmentIn-depth understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social, CRM, email, paid media)Proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, respecting and adhering to established processesStrong problem solving skills - Creative thinking for troubleshooting issues during project executionExtremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiencyHighly motivated and personable individualA great team player who is keen to get stuck in supporting multiple projectsExcellent oral and written communication skills WE OFFER: Healthcare with Bupa or Medicash26 days' holiday exclusive of bank holidaysMental health support Company pension scheme with The People's PensionEnhanced family friendly policiesA flexible, hybrid working policyRide to work scheme Buddy Program: You will be paired with a 'Buddy' to help you through your first weeks' at DEPT®A reputation for doing good.
