About the Role As the Senior Manager, MarTech and Analytics at Talogy you will be responsible for owning, overseeing, and optimizing the use of the HubSpot Marketing Hub while developing and managing Talogy's MarTech stack.
Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate marketing technologies, ensuring they align with business goals.
You will serve as the HubSpot expert, managing configurations, automations, data management, lead scoring, and more.
This role is a full-time permanent position, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours.
There will be occasional travel required for events, meetings and workshops.
Day-to-day, this role can be performed remotely.
Please note this role is a 1 year fixed term contract Role Responsibilities Own, oversee and optimize the use of HubSpot Marketing Hub Be the HubSpot expert.
Own the configuration, optimization, and management of the HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing automation, integrations, lead scoring, data management and segmentation, property management, etc.
Regularly audit HubSpot for data accuracy, ensuring seamless lead tracking and marketing analytics Optimize existing tools, ensuring global adoption Develop and manage the Talogy's MarTech stack, including marketing automation, analytics, and other tools, to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Ensure that stack integrates with existing systems and meets business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement MarTech solutions and enhancements Partner with regional marketing teams to understand goals, requirements, and challenges; provide operational support to enable the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows, enhance data management, and optimize campaign execution Be the marketing compliance expert, liaise with Legal and Compliance and work with local teams to ensure delivery meets local regulatory requirements Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement for regional marketing Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in MarTech and analytics, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the team You will lead a Marketing Automation Specialist that manages day-to-day regional marketing activities such as data imports and management, form creation, assets approval, HubSpot training, global campaign management and delivery, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements HubSpot Marketing Hub Admin experience is essential, including workflow and automation architecture and troubleshooting.
Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools is highly desirable.
Experience and knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred.
Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM integration is highly preferred.
Strong practical experience in marketing roles, ideally in a B2B environment, and preferably with experience in MarTech and analytics roles Experience of working in global organizations desirable Solid knowledge of the google suite, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager Proven hands-on experience with ABM, webinar and other martech stack tools In-depth understanding of global data privacy laws and their impact on direct marketing efforts Knowledge of consent management platforms (such as OneTrust) preferred Education to Bachelor's degree level in relevant field, e.g.
marketing, business management, technology or communications.
