My client is on the lookout for a strategic marketing leader with experience in digital and offline marketing for an exciting opportunity with a leading marketing communications specialist group.
This client facing role with lots of autonomy will give you the chance to work at high-calibre marketing services brands.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with the support of a very friendly team, utilising your extensive knowledge of strategies, channels and branding to create memorable campaigns that drive growth and raise project awareness, organise promotional events and collaborations to enhance engagement, keep on top of market information and consumer trends to inform your strategy, oversee all content creation, create and manage budgets, analyse and report on campaign results, and have oversight of three direct reports who will assist you with day-to-day support.
An understanding across lead generation, working wit sales teams and the b2b would be a huge advantage.
The team is junior - so it requires someone who is happy to be hands on and nurture a junior but fast growing team.
No two days will be the same in this busy role which would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a smaller company and is happy to travel between London offices, to meet clients and visit projects as part of their role.
Ideally you'll have proven experience in a marketing manager role, preferably in the b2b space covering all aspects of brand and digital (including, content, social, web and analytics), excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a track record in strategic leadership.
