Responsibilities: Strategic and tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, executing marketing strategies, planning marketing events and product launches Design and production of direct mailers and online materials such as brochures, Measure, monitor and increase volume and quality of applications via social media campaigns, events and other channels Planning and executing website search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, social media, and pay per click (PPC) advertising campaigns Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation Planning and Organising company events and Socials Understanding and maintaining the corporate brand in all marketing initiatives and campaigns Find ways to make our clients feel connected to Fields & Rudd Qualifications: Approximately 1-4 years' experience of Marketing experience, ideally within a recruitment or sales based industry Good working knowledge of all core marketing areas, including content marketing, copywriting, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, and promotional marketing Proficient in LinkedIn Marketing Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities, coupled with the ability to simultaneously control various projects Knowledge of research processes, data development, data analysis, syndicated date and consumer information resources 'Think outside the box' mentality – We want to push the boundaries!
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
