Role Purpose As a marketing manager, you are responsible for working with business leaders and product specialists to develop, deliver and communicate product and brand propositions both internally and externally.
You will need to deploy a range of creative solutions to achieve this, including but not limited to, events, social media, digital marketing, content, brand materials and sales enablement collateral.
Key Responsibilities Develop brand and product propositions – considering messaging, materials, internal and external communication, compliance, channels, etc.
Support on product launches and rebrand activity – accountable for launch plans, execution and internal/external communications (and training where applicable).
Ensure that internal teams (Product & Tech, Sales, Customer Success, Events, P&T) have the relevant materials to deliver on-brand messaging and communications.
Manage production and ongoing updates for content to be utilised across the organisation.
Co-ordinate brand presence at internal and external events from conception through to completion.
Measure the results of campaigns in line with KPIs and OKRs to drive continuous improvement.
Work with senior leadership team to develop and communicate the LBR brand.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Brand guardian.
A skilled digital and content marketer.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience across strategy and implementation of marketing activity across social media, SEO, email automation, events, content creation and data management.
Understanding of audience personas.
Creative mindset – recognise client needs, product features and interpret data to create compelling narratives that engage audiences, communicate and enhance the BR brand proposition.
Data-driven – ability to source and understand data from varying sources to drive decision making and reporting capabilities.
Growth team mentality – OKR/target-driven with desire to work collaboratively to achieve business goals.
