This role will oversee project workflows, ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives, and develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience.

With our energetic culture and rapid business growth, there are plenty of opportunities to make a substantial contribution within our diverse team.Responsibilities: Work with our Head of Marketing to ensure the marketing team is supporting the needs of other departments and delivering on the Marketing StrategyTeam and Project Management: Coordinate activities across design, digital marketing, and copywriting functionsImplement project management processes for efficient workflowMonitor team performance against KPIsOversee resource allocation and capacity planning Content and Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute content strategy across all channelsPlan and manage marketing campaigns from conception to executionAnalyse campaign performance and optimise based on insights Line managing the Marketing ApprenticeSupport the Digital Marketing Manager in the delivery of digital projects in enhancing online presenceEvent Management and delegation.
