The MarketingExecutive will play a crucial role in supporting the trading calendar and coordinating campaigns across a portfolio of 12 brands.
This position is integral to the full marketing mix, overseeing and aligning promotions, content and multi-language assets.
The role involves managing the master trading calendar, collaborating with Brand Managers, ensuring all campaign data is up-to-date and accurately tracked.
Responsibilities: Calendar Management : Maintain and update the trading calendar, working with the HOMP and Brand Managers to keep promotional schedules accurate.
Content Oversight : Review brand content across social channels, websites and other platforms to ensure it aligns with the master calendar.
Ideation Development : Collaborate with brand teams to develop promotion and content ideas rooted in brand knowledge.
Campaign Briefing & Asset Management : Brief campaign content to the Global Creative Team, coordinating with channel managers to collect assets, manage amends, and incorporate feedback.
Copywriting for campaigns where needed.
Work with the Merchandising Team to ensure digital assets, including promo codes, are ready for campaign launch.
Multi-Language Coordination : Ensure that multi-lingual assets are produced and distributed appropriately where needed.
Performance Analysis : Collect and analyse campaign data to provide actionable post-campaign performance insights.
Qualifications and skills: Detail-Oriented : High accuracy and consistency in calendar updates and content review.
Analytical : Strong ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
Organised : Effective multitasking across multiple brands and deadlines.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting copy for diverse customer segments.
Program Skills: Excel : Preferred for data management and analysis.
Magento/Shopify : Preferred but not essential.
Google Analytics & Looker Studio : Preferred but not essential.
