Scope of Role We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in Shoreditch, London.
Reporting to our Commercial Marketing Leaders, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the globe, contributing to innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a B2B technology environment, developing world-class marketing strategies using the latest tools and techniques.  As a Marketing Executive, you will: Develop campaigns: Implement and contribute to multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for important commercial plans.  ABM strategy: Support in designing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to improve pipeline growth from main accounts.  Campaign analysis: Analyse the performance of campaigns, providing insights to improve future efforts.  Cross-team collaboration: Work with the wider marketing team to align email (Pardot) and paid digital activities (social, programmatic display, search, content syndication) with marketing campaigns.  Content development: Partner with the Content Manager to create impactful marketing materials across web, video, and print formats.  Event management: Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and networking functions.  Product launches: Collaborate with the product team on launching new offerings.  Customer marketing: Create customer marketing nurture campaigns, using content and automation tools (e.g.
Pardot) to support customer engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.  Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment, in SaaS or software, with a focus on digital campaigns and demand generation.  Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools and strategies that have targeted B2B MQLs.  Data-driven: The ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for optimization.  Project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  Creative problem-solving: A positive, solution-focused mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.  Communication skills: A confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and articulate creative ideas.  Benefits Health Insurance and Dental Health Cover for you and your dependants Employee Assistance Programme Pension Flexible Hybrid Working Enhanced Parental Leave Travel Insurance Life Assurance Income Protection Referral Bonus Buy and Sell Holiday Training Reimbursement ITRS is an Equal Opportunity employer and Inclusion is part of our everyday life.
