As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. You will leverage your expertise as a marketing generalist with a strong specialty in digital marketing to strengthen our online presence.
What do we need from you? Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the business.Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.Be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team.Experience in a multi-site operation and brand integration.Qualifications: Proven experience as a marketing generalist, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role.Experience in the leisure, retail, or hospitality sector is highly desirable.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.We are ideally looking for someone with experience within a multi-site leisure, hospitality, or entertainment brand; however, we will consider exceptional candidates looking to make a move.
