This role is essential in promoting HFH Healthcare's mission and services, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging with our online community.
Main duties and responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Develop, write, and edit engaging content for the website and social media channels, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
Social Media Strategy: Implement and monitor the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and online engagement, tailoring content to each platform's audience.
Website Management: Ensure the website content is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience and SEO, working closely with the web development team.
Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing and social media ads.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of digital content and social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone across all content.
Qualifications and Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
Ability to create and edit multimedia content.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
