Key Responsibilities Manage and motivate software development teams for Marketing Cloud, instilling a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Monitor platform stability, scalability, and performance, ensuring all systems are robust and resilient.
Act as the primary liaison for the platform team, fostering strong partnerships with Product Owners, Service Delivery Managers, and other internal teams.
Validate existing processes, challenge inefficiencies, and drive process enhancements across platform teams.
Provide expertise to support marketing teams in complex configurations and campaign implementations, helping each brand achieve its objectives through technology.
Please can you should have: 5+ years in IT development management, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, etc.).
Ability to work closely with diverse teams, build strong alliances, and support multi-regional marketing initiatives.
A self-starter who is highly organised, can multi-task effectively, and adapts smoothly to shifting priorities.
Enthusiasm for measuring and improving platform and team performance, with an eye on continuous development and system scalability.
