Being part of ITG's Deployteq Marketing Automation team, you will deal with high profile marketing campaigns across major retail, pharmaceutical and telecommunications clients.
You will be responsible for managing data segmentation, building, and maintaining customer journeys, executing email campaigns, and addressing technical issues while ensuring seamless communication with other departments.   This role is suited for someone with experience in IT or a similar background and is ideal for a recent graduate who possesses a passion for or background in technology and marketing.  Main Duties and Responsibilities (What I need to do)  As a Marketing Automation Executive for the Deployteq team your main duties and responsibilities will include:  Data Management:  Undertaking data segmentation and analysis tasks  Building, developing, and maintaining customer journeys  Email campaign setup and execution  Testing, modifying, and monitoring the final broadcast  Addressing technical issues and providing solutions to them proactively  Communication and Coordination:  Communicating directly with other departments to ensure expectations are met.  Liaising with Account Services and Studio Teams to ensure seamless integration of data and HTML content  Ensuring content is fit for broadcast and quality checking HTML  Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have:  Required  First-class attention to detail and excellent communication skills  Comfortable working in a reactive and fast-paced agency environment  Willingness to learn new skills and improve processes within the team  A team player who is willing to help other team members    Desirable (not essential)  Exposure with email platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Silverpop (IMC), or Smart Focus   Data literate  HTML experience      What decisions can I make?  As a Marketing Automation Executive, you will be heavily involved in shaping and developing our Deployteq team offering for our clients, so you will have the opportunity to make decisions on how best to deliver high-quality campaigns for our clients.      Benefits Work's a treat!
