As Marketing and Brand Director, you'll play a key role in a growing restaurant group with big plans for UK expansion.
You'll bring innovation, agility, and a customer-first mindset to ensure our brand remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Working closely with the CEO, you'll collaborate across all departments and restaurant teams to bring brand vision to life throughout the business.
You'll create a long-term brand strategy, develop tactical marketing plans, and execute campaigns that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative, data-driven strategies to grow and engage customer base.
Design, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to achieve sales goals across both new and existing locations.
Lead and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient spend.
Refine and enhance the brand's value proposition, supporting menu innovation and elevating the guest experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies to support brand strategy and campaign execution.
