Duties: Mechanical fault finding/repairs to PLC controlled plant – includes pneumatic and hydraulicsThorough understanding of EHS and a safety culture and familiar with safe system of work (Permit to Work systems)Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance tasksStrong communication and organisational skills – able to provide detailed shift reportsExperience of working as part of a Maintenance Team on a manufacturing siteDemonstrate effective systematic problem-solving skillsAble to work autonomously and react quickly in a high-pressure situationSelf-motivated and able to work independently.
Role Requirements: 2 Years+ Electrical / Electronic Practical Production Engineering Experience.Proven track record in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiativeProficient in electronic fault finding, soldering, and electrical wiringIn-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality controlStrong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 8D)Competent in electronic fault finding.Understanding of safe working practices.Experienced in root cause analysis and problem solving.PC literate and competent computer skillFlexibility INDTW
