Your role will involve creating innovative electrical designs that maximize value, managing scope changes, and supporting assembly and commissioning activities.

Technical Responsibilities: Interpret customer and regulatory requirements to deliver accurate electrical designs.Ensure all design documents are issued in line with project schedules.Collaborate with team leads to verify design quality, ensuring it meets company standards and regulatory guidelines.Provide technical support during internal and external design reviews.Contribute to resource planning, ensuring visibility for other departments to proactively plan.Liaise with panel builders and electricians to ensure alignment with design documents.
Compliance and Improvement: Support compliance with ISO, ISO, ISO, OHSAS, and contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Archive design documents as per company procedures to ensure consistency and accreditation maintenance.Promote internal customer ethos by striving for right-first-time designs delivered on time and in full.

Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in electrical design software (preferably EPlan) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines.HNC, HND, or BSc in electrical or mechatronic engineering with relevant post-graduate design experience.Desirable: Apprentice-trained with at least 3 years of electrical design experience.Working Relationships: Collaborates with design team, departmental managers, customers, suppliers, and external institutions.
