Mandarin / English Part-time Office Coordinator – Manchester Job Title: Mandarin / English Part-time Office Coordinator – Manchester Contract Type: Casual Working Hours: 20 - hours per week Location: Manchester (onsite) Salary: per hour plus holiday pay Job Overview:The office coordinator will support the Finance and Office Manager to provide general back-office support to Xinlung's 17 offices in the UK.
You will mainly be responsible for organising all the administrative and logistical activities that facilitate the smooth running of all Xinlung Departments; stipulating Office management system and policies; coordinating & liaising with internal colleagues and departments as well as external clients and suppliers.
The key tasks include but are not limited to: Maintaining the stationery supplies and equipment; and maintaining good condition of all departments and arranging necessary repairs.Sourcing and reviewing suppliers energy, mobile/landline suppliers, etc.)
to ensure that the company is always getting excellent value for money and service.Optimizing, implementing and maintaining Office procedures to improve operational efficiencyPlanning and organising all company-level events and meetings including selecting and setting up venues, accommodating staff and clients, scheduling activities, etc.Reviewing and health & safety policies, fire prevention and desk assessmentsWorking with HR to manage work email/mobile/system accounts for all employees.Ensuring that all company data are managed securely following the GDPR policies.Undertaking any ad hoc responsibilities designated by the line manager.
