Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Managing Director to join the team.

About The Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of a variety of HVAC products, with a strong reputation within the UK market.
They provide a range of services from bespoke product manufacturing to installation and maintenance, ensuring that they remain a one-stop shop for all of their customers' needs.
With a current turnover of £10M, they are looking to double in size over the next 3-5 years and are seeking a strong Managing Director who can drive the business through a period of growth.
Managing Director The Role: This is a key role for the organisation as they look to achieve significant growth over the next few years.
It will work closely with their parent company on setting and delivering the local strategy, in line with the overall group strategy, and play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing activity.
You will be responsible for driving any necessary change and transformation projects as well as providing strong leadership and support to the UK team.
Managing Director Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the business plan for the UK & Ireland in line with the overall company's goals and ambitions.
Lead and manage a cross-functional team, covering sales, service and operations, focusing on developing a high-performing culture in line with the organisation's ethos.
Engage with customers and the market to ensure that the organisation remains at the forefront of the industry.
Optimise the organisation's current processes (including sales & marketing) to ensure the business is operating in best practice fashion.
Managing Director You: Track record of success in a strategic leadership role within a technical engineering organisation, ideally HVAC or similar.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing and broader business operations.
Proven experience of driving change and transformation projects.
Ability to manage multi-functional teams.
