My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformations & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow (providing a remote first or hybrid working policy with ad hoc client site travel when required).
Clients include Gov, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors.
They are looking for a permanent Managing DevOps Consultant to join a rapid growly Cloud Advisory team, currently at 20 and looking to grow to 70+ in the next 12 months, you'll be responsible for running and leading multiple large scale digital transformation & cloud adoption projects.
Must have requirements; Assessing, defining and implementing DevOps capabilities that will deliver on innovation, agility, cost benefit and time to market promises.
Adopting a holistic approach across multiple dimensions to modernise the developer experience.
These dimensions will include Organization & culture, DevOps practices & process, tooling and automation, architecture & design.
Leverage and maximising our clients' existing investments in ITSM tools and frameworks Developing the roadmap and transient states to improve the maturity of DevOps practices and unlock maximum value by adopting NextGen techs like Generative AI and Platform Product Management You will be required to work and communicate with all levels of an organisation to collaboratively innovate, design, and implement modern technologies, processes, and operating models.
You will bring an acute sense of market trends and the challenges facing our clients, to deliver lasting and sustainable organisation transformations.
Good understanding and Public Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP and/or Azure Solid stakeholder management experience and ideally a proven track record in Presales & Business Development Good understanding of DORA framework Key expectations from this role include: • As a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager: desire to contribute to the growth and success of a top-tier consulting practice.

In delivery and leadership, you'll be responsible for consulting sales in excess of £500,000 per annum (previous sales experience is not a must however).
