Job DescriptionJob Purpose:Universal Studio Group (USG) is a global content production division of NBC Universal, producing award winning Television, Podcasts and Graphic Novels.The Manager, Marketing will support the development, implementation, and review of all facets of marketing across brand and awards.
The Manager, Marketing works in tandem with Publicity, Corporate Communications and DEI.
This role is a central point for creative, media and social.The position will report directly to the SVP of Global Brand Strategy & Marketing, Universal Studio Group.Essential Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of long-term strategy and tactical opportunities for Brand MarketingPassionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion through representation of our campaignsResponsible for allocated creative briefing and review across all representations of elements and executionsTranslate concepts to brand strategies for positioningDaily ingestion, documenting, organising, and maintaining assets across all partners for cross company IP expansion needs and distributionSupport second window distribution needs globally through asset delivery and presentation materialsDevelop strong relationships with our creative agencies, with an eye for creative excellenceLiaise with Legal, Business Affairs and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure approvals are met for all marketing activations internally and requested by platformsWork closely with the marketing finance coordinator to accurately manage annual budgetsConfident speaker and presenter to stakeholders at all levels to secure buy inPerforms other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and companyUse marketing data analytics to support marketing spends recommendationsBrand MarketingServe as the B2B brand steward for all allocated shows, supporting both talent and platform needs, through the development of brand and marketing guidelinesProvide guardianship over, ideation, creative, partnerships, media and launch plansAssist in the execution of long-term strategy and tactical opportunities, support the establishment of a unified and authentic voice for USGOwnership over the day-to-day marketing operations of our international festivalsContribute to the long-term goals of growth and evolving social media strategyQualificationsEligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through to be consideredWillingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short noticeMust be willing to work in London, United KingdomMust have work authorisation to work in the United KingdomMust be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution ProgramDesired Characteristics:If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access as a result of your disability.
