Manager (Care Home, Experience Not Essential)

Manager Care Home This role is key for our client and main thing is you do not need to have a background within Health Care as our client is seeking someone who can bring together all departments ensuring the guests within this high-end care home expectations are meet and obviously the familys feedback The Manager leads by example, inspiring the team to uphold the highest of standards, whilst also providing support and guidance.
Beyond the operational tasks, the Manager serves as an advocate for residents and their families and builds meaningful connections based on trust, rapport and ensuring a sense of community.
Their leadership and expertise ensure that residents receive the highest quality of support, making a profound and positive impact on their lives and in turn keeping older people well for longer.
There are other elements that are important such as ensuing company policys, governance and ensuring the rooms are filled and maximised Speaking to the owners key for them is to ensure their customers needs are meet and expectations are meet as if youre in a hotel etc This role is Monday to Friday with one weekend day a month and not much more than office hours Our client is seeking someone who has a great personality and with focus on the customer Salary £ Skills: hotel Management Communication Report Writing
