Job Title: New Business Development Manager - Internal Accounts Company: Location: Reading (3 days per week)

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within our existing client accounts, leveraging your expertise in IT solutions to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
This position offers the flexibility to work from our Reading office three days per week, providing a perfect balance of autonomy and collaboration within a supportive team environment.

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of Ultima's solutions and services and addressing clients' pain points effectively.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and requests.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through the sales cycle and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM systems.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients to support their strategic IT decisions.

Minimum of 12 months' experience in IT or telecommunications sales, with a proven track record of driving new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and unified communications.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying creative solutions to address clients' business challenges and objectives.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
