Experience in an account management or administration role.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in the automotive sector.
Ensure active credit facilities are in place for all accounts, maintaining seamless account operations.
Prepare and complete accurate monthly reporting to support account health and team goals.
Actively contribute to the success and strategy of the Customer Success function.
Hybrid working with 2 days in the office (Hayes, London)
