Account Manager (UK)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing company in the multimedia sector.
Based in London, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from the solutions provided.
As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a range of clients, overseeing the after-care process to optimise the use of multimedia content delivery systems.
You will provide ongoing support, including training and mentoring clients, ensuring they can fully utilise the services and products.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Account Optimisation: Assist clients in making the most of the multimedia solutions provided, offering tailored guidance and ongoing support.
Training & Mentorship: Provide training on system functionality and deliver insights to clients for optimal use.
Support Coordination: Ensure internal teams are providing timely and accurate support for client needs.
Engage in regular meetings (both remote and on-site) to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Experience: Proven experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role.
Industry: We are flexible on the specific background you have but any experience working with clients in the cultural or arts sectors would be an advantage.
Excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mentality, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple accounts.
Location: London-based, with travel to clients as needed.
Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.
