We're representing a leading Microsoft-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) in their search for a talented Account Manager to oversee and expand their key strategic public sector accounts , including both local and national government organizations.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value public sector clients.
Your mission is to drive engagement, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Manage and nurture relationships with strategic public sector accounts.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling Microsoft-focused services.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that address public sector challenges.

Proven experience in managing public sector accounts , with a focus on local and national government.
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
