We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Location: This position will be based from our London office on a full-time basis, with potential for hybrid working following a 3-month probation.
Salary: Based on skills, qualifications and experience
Overview of Role: The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finances of their assigned clients and oversees a staff of Bookkeepers.
Coordinate workflow of bookkeeping team
Review work of Bookkeepers (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review)
Cash management by reviewing bank balances and statements and approving transfers as needed
Checking the preparation of management commission statements
Preparing financial projections and budgets
Review and/or preparation of management accounts including budget actual analysis
Monitor Insurance renewals and claims.
New client set up, including bank accounts.
Assist with home and car purchases including mortgage applications
Working with the tour department to mitigate withholding taxes
Reviewing and following up on box office settlements
Preparation of tour accounts including budget v actual analysis
Finalization of ledgers at year end and liaison with our Internal Accounts department to ensure timely preparation of statutory accounts.
Providing information re taxable income arising in the tax year to the Tax department for them to prepare the clients personal and corporate tax returns.
Other projects and duties, as assigned.
Significant experience in a similar role in business management.
A Levels and qualification in ACCA Part/ Fully qualified or equivalent.
