Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to enhance existing client accounts, aligning efforts with their goals and objectives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with brand and agency clients, acting as a trusted consultant for their business strategies.
Develop and oversee client onboarding processes, continuing education on programmatic strategies, platform updates, and industry trends.
Take initiative to lead and drive forward client partnerships by anticipating needs and proactively solving challenges.
Advocate for client needs by providing detailed feedback to Product Management and Partnerships teams to enhance features, integrations, and product offerings.
Contribute to the growth of the Client Services practice by developing training programs, best practices, sales resources, and client-facing documentation.

Who You Are:
Possess a minimum of 5 years in client-facing roles, with demonstrated expertise in fostering and growing relationships.
Excel in problem-solving, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within dynamic environments.
Proven success in managing and expanding accounts by understanding client objectives and crafting tailored, strategic solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience working with TTD DSP
Experience in digital advertising or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to large groups.
Previous mentorship experience, either personally or professionally, is highly valued.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with the ability to analyze large datasets to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
