Manager-Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Management Leader who knows how to get the best out of your team, whilst helping deliver outstanding results and a high level of customer service?
As the Team Manager for AMs you'll be in charge of your own team of Account Managers, with an expectation that you'll be growing that number alongside planning and delivering new ways of working.

Location: Hybrid, London

Leading a team of Account Managers (management & coaching).
Guiding and motivating your team to hit and exceed targets, bringing energy, enthusiasm and practical advice to ensure the team exceeds targets and contributes to the commercial success of the company.
Monitor and report on team performance: activity, pipeline, forecasts and closed renewals
Managing, coaching and growing a team: you will help all levels of the Account Management team to grow professionally and develop new skills.

2+ years of management experience including onboarding new team members and ideally 5+ year AM experience yourself
~ Able to accurately forecast team performance
~ Worked in a relevant company– whether it be B2B SaaS firm, or a company/financial data business
