Employer Relationship Manager (Account Manager) Location: Hybrid | Full-Time (35 hours per week)

As the Employer Relationship Manager, you will manage and strengthen relationships with employers, higher education institutions, and training providers.
Your focus will be on increasing membership, promoting qualifications, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Account Management:
Strengthen relationships with employer accounts, accredited universities, and tuition providers.
Promote their qualifications, training services, and membership benefits.
Provide regular market insights and keep the membership database accurate.
Use consultative sales techniques to address employer needs.
Develop bespoke training solutions and expand higher education partnerships.
Commercial Products:
Achieve sales targets by promoting our products and services.
Collaborate with the learning and development team on new qualifications or training routes.
Management and Reporting:
Supervise the Employer Account Executive.
Record business opportunities in the CRM and contribute to forecasting.
Support pricing and process development for new products and services.
Key Performance Indicators:
Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
Familiarity with business training needs and delivery methods.
3-4 years in sales or account management with a proven record of new account acquisition.

Strong consultative sales and account management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, capable of transforming technical content into accessible outputs.
