This hybrid role involves developing existing wholesale accounts while establishing new partnerships, both in the UK and internationally.
As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless wholesale operations.
This position is based in London, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service to wholesale clients.
Communicate effectively to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Oversee wholesale operations, including order management and delivery coordination.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, sales, and wholesale operations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow wholesale accounts.
Track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets.
Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the natural health and wellness industry is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the beauty or perfume industry, particularly in opening new accounts and managing UK and international clients, is essential.
