This role blends traditional management accounting (60%) with strategic analysis and project work (40%), making it a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified/qualified accountant looking to elevate their career in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities: Management Accounting (60%) Prepare and analyse management accounts, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting, highlighting key trends and variances.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
Aid in year-end accounts preparation and coordinate with auditors for statutory reporting.
Deliver ongoing financial performance analysis with actionable recommendations.
Analysis & Project Work (40%) Conduct profitability analyses, cost management, and investment appraisals.
Collaborate on financial projects to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Track and implement financial KPIs, enhancing systems and processes.
Build financial models for strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management for decision-making.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, financial modelling, and excellent attention to detail.
Languages: Fluency in French (written and spoken) Experience: Management accounting experience with exposure to financial analysis and project work preferred.
Tech Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
