Your role will be to advise on and provide support in relation to National Minimum Wage and employment-related taxes including:Pay As You Earn and National Insurance ContributionsIR35, the new Off-Payroll rules, and Personal Service CompaniesExpenses for temps and permanent staffStaff benefits and related returns (P11Ds and PSAs)Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)Employment statusHMRC Employer Compliance Reviews and enquiriesEmployment tax health checks - regularly working with recruitment agencies to ensure compliance, mitigate and protect against risks and minimise costs in relation to their temporary workersWhat you'll need to succeed This Firm is looking for an Employment Taxes professional with sound knowledge of employment taxes and relevant practical implications.
