In this role, you'll get to work very closely with Senior Managers from across the business as well as other members of the Finance department, leading on their Management Accounts, Sales Reporting, Business Unit Reviews and other financial and business analysis activities.QualificationsIn order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have;A recognised Management Accounting qualification, such as CIMA, ACCA or ACAPost-qualification experience in a Management Accounting roleExperience in working in a commercial role or in a retail organisationExcellent analytical skills and good commercial judgementGood business partnering and stakeholder management skillsPlanning and organisational skillsOutstanding Excel skills.Additional InformationThe newly refurbished Interflora House is in the heart of Sleaford – a beautiful market town in Lincolnshire.
