My client is a renowned brand delivery agency specialising in packaging production with global reach and innovative design-to-print processes, is seeking a dynamic Client Services Account Manager to join their team in Manchester.

This exciting role entails representing them in delivering top-notch services with professionalism and enthusiasm, and ensuring the highest quality products are consistently provided to clients.

As the Client Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for
managing and coordinating new graphics and packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.
You will oversee the pack change process, maintain project status trackers, communicate key milestones, and escalate risks as needed
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and the print supply chain.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for first-class service.

Strong organizational skills, project management expertise
knowledge of FMCG print processes are essential for success in this role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products, attention to detail
