Role Description Join Our Team as a Male Senior Complex Needs Support Worker Location :Kennington, Oxfordshire Salary: £14.66 per hour (£28,587 per annum) plus benefits: paid induction;overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours Hours: 8.00am to 8.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis.
Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.

Essential Criteria To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Behaviours that challenge Autism and learning disabilities Positive Behaviour Support You will havea QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.

What will you be doing?
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll be more than just their support you'll be a key part of someone's journey towards living their best life.
Here's what you'll be doing: Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
Building Relationships: a strong team player with the ability to lead by example.
You will supervise daily outputs and assist the deputy manager in managing staff performance, development, and appraisals.
Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration with the help of Positive Behaviour Specialist Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring he can enjoy what he loves.
Respect & Dignity: Ensuring that the individual and the family are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
