The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of hot and cold water systems across multiple buildings within our facilities.
This role requires a proactive individual with a broad range of maintenance skills, including joinery, plastering, painting, and carpet tile fixing.
Key Responsibilities: Water System Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on hot and cold water systems to ensure compliance with Legionella control regulations.
General Maintenance: Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks including joinery, plastering, painting, and fixing carpet tiles.
Preventative Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and ensure the longevity of facility assets.
Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
Qualifications and Experience: Level 2 Legionella Certification is essential.
Proven experience in general maintenance, including joinery, plastering, painting, and carpet tile fixing.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
