Youll walk the home daily to pro-actively identify any areas that need attention, whilst also conducting regular safety checks on various equipment.
Youll create a maintenance programme for the home alongside our Home Manager and of course youll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so youll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents dignity at all times.
Heres some other important things you need to know: You will need to be experienced at painting and decorating.
Having electrical and plumbing skills would be beneficial but not essential You will need to demonstrate that you have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety and Food Safety You will keep up to date and accurate records of all checks and repairs completed and scheduled The Ideal Candidate Exceptional people make an exceptional care home We're looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun!
