Maintenance Electrician (Mobile) Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Maintenance Location: Manchester (commercial buildings) Salary: £37,793 + holiday + BH, pension JOB DESCRIPTION: I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and preventative maintenance on commercial buildings in Manchester.
Our client is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician to join the team.
The Electrical Maintenance role will be 37 hours per week, Mon - Thurs 8am - 4pm and Fri 8am - 3.30pm.
Daily responsibilities will include: ?Planned and preventative maintenance ?Repair and replace electrical fittings ?Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults ?Carrying out work safely and efficiently ?Building relationships with clients on site Requirements for the role ?Experienced Electrical maintenance engineer ?Fully qualified Electrician ?18 th Edition ?Multi Skilled On offer is a competitive salary of £37,793 + benefits.
