Job Purpose / Summary With a turnover of €3 billion in 2022, RUBIX is the largest supplier of industrial maintenance & distribution network in Europe.

Key Responsibilities Main Tasks and Deliverables: Ensure workflow procedures are followed.
Operate various machines tools to manufacture and repair mechanical assemblies.
Perform milling operations such as drilling, tapping, boring and conventional lathe and milling work.
Perform various metallising techniques as required.
Balance mechanical assemblies using dynamic balancing equipment.
Use hand-held and stationary power and non-power tools.
Record all data necessary to produce expected service or design results.
Maintain machines in good working order and report any defects to management.
Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
Keep work area neat and tidy.
Follow all company health and safety procedures and wear the correct PPE.
Carry out any other reasonable request.
Use various hand-held and stationary power and non-power tools, including but not limited to band saw, belt sanders, hand grinders, files, etc.
Ensure that all company H&S policies and procedures are followed to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
Promote a culture of working safely as routine.
Skills and Experience: High school qualifications.
Must have experience of manual machining.
Must be able to work to tight deadlines.
Must be a good team player but also able to work using your own initiative.
