Your new role With a surge in new projects and ambitious growth plans, our client is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the Commercial Projects division.
The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of (CDM) regulations and strong electrical expertise.
Ideal for professionals with a Mechanical & Electrical background who have successfully managed large-scale commercial contracts.
What you'll need to succeed Job duties will include, but not be limited to; Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial M&E projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Implement efficient project management processes.
Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, including Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations, and maintain rigorous health and safety standards.
Implement and refine processes to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&E projects, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
