M&A Lawyer/Associate

Our ClientOur client, a highly ranked global law firm, is seeking an M&A Associate to join their Corporate team in London.
This role involves working across a diverse range of corporate transactions, including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. With a focus on cross-border transactions, they excel in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Main DutiesKey responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
