At a glance: Salary range: £53,000 - £85,000Expected Salary: £53,000- £70,000Contract type: There are 2 permanent positions across Pan PartnershipWorking pattern/flexible working: We know flexible working is important to you, and it is important to us too. The Partnership has adopted a blended working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The loyalty team aim for around 2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings but again, are flexible on this.Location: This role is based at our London Head Office in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role.About the role:
Loyalty is a key part of the business strategy across JLP and is a priority for the Partnership. You'll be part of a team shaping, delivering the managing the Loyalty proposition and transformation. We are proactively recruiting for 2 Loyalty Strategy & Proposition Senior Managers.
As a Loyalty Strategy & Proposition Senior Manager, you could be responsible for both development and delivery of new propositions and also the ongoing running and optimization of existing loyalty propositions, ensuring robust annual plans and strategies are in place. You will be expected to take full ownership of the propositions under your care, acting as the business owner in all regards.
What will you be doing? Lead proposition development and delivery plan for a number of proposition(s).Delivering projects at pace, on time and on budget, in line with our loyalty transformation plans.You'll be data driven with a growth mindset, constantly looking for ways to learn and innovate. You'll be passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and experienced in delivering change at pace.You will work closely with the Loyalty Strategy and Proposition Lead, loyalty teams across Waitrose, John Lewis, Pan Partnership and Product teams on the design and delivery of loyalty propositions and experiences. You will take ownership of a number of large, complex propositions within the scheme portfolio, defining the proposition and delivery plan in line with the transformation and capability programme timelines. You'll need to lead dotted-line programme teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Commercial, Data, Insight, Technology, Loyalty and Comms to align on the roadmap and strategy to deliver and evolve the proposition.An experienced proposition thinker, you'll be skilled at blending big customer need opportunities, brand strategy, commercial and operational drivers to create differentiated propositions. You will have a record of leading multidisciplinary teams in the creation of customer-centric, omnichannel propositions. Highly commercial, you'll be confident in defining the cost and benefit associated with the proposition and wider loyalty scheme.You will also be responsible for the ongoing run and delivery of the propositions you own, ensuring excellent delivery for customers, operational excellence (alongside the Loyalty Operations team), ongoing optimisation and delivery of related benefits and OKRs.This role will be working in a fast-paced, transformation environment so experience of transformation and change and an understanding of working and leading teams within this environment would be a benefit. An ability to navigate the business and engage teams to get things done will be important to your success in this role.Essential skills you'll need: A loyalty SME, with significant experience working within loyalty.Significant experience in developing and innovating brand or retail propositions.Strong technical skills in customer strategy and proposition.Highly commercial and confident working with business cases and benefit tracking and delivery.Experience working with complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong experience working with Technology teams.Desirable skills you'll have: High level of technical skills around loyalty capability and technology.Experience in Grocery, GM, Fashion or Beauty.Benefits of the Partnership and the role: Hybrid Working.Full-time working holiday entitlement 25 days holiday, plus public and bank holidays (this is prorated for part time hours).Excellent work life balance, including focus on well being and flexible working and our marketing leading equal parenthood leave Policy.Defined Contribution pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) and, after three years' service, you'll receive an additional Partnership contribution of 4% of pay, regardless of whether you pay in or not.You'll get Partnership discount in store and online once you complete your Earning Membership period.
