Additionally, you will offer support to the Operations Team as needed, contributing to the overall success of the logistics function.

Key Responsibilities Process incoming Goods ensuring accuracy and timeliness recording of data Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with all major stakeholders (colleagues, visitors,) in line with best practice, to ensure satisfaction with our service & to demonstrate commitment to our long-term presence Resolve customer complaints and issues related to logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction - if required, escalate to Logistics Supervisor/Team Leader Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns, providing timely and accurate information Ensure confidentiality, privacy and dignity is always maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act and in line with Company where appropriate Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Previous Admin & Logistics experience Have effective communication skills Ability to solve problems in an effective manner Able to multitask Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
