Locum Vet Surgeon

We are a thriving practice dedicated to providing top-quality veterinary care to pets in the Dudley area.
We are seeking a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a long-term basis starting in November 2024.
The ideal candidate will be confident in handling a variety of cases and comfortable with both consultations and theatre work.
Employment Type : Locum (November 2024 Ongoing) Job Description : As a Locum Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a vital role in providing excellent veterinary care in our busy practice.
You will handle a mix of consults and theatre work, with some sole charge responsibility.
We are looking for a vet who is confident, adaptable, and able to provide high-quality service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities : Perform a mix of routine consultations and surgical procedures.
Provide high-quality medical care and treatment for pets.
Work independently during sole charge shifts when required.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Build rapport with clients, offering advice and information regarding pet health and treatments.
Working Hours : 4 days per week.
Shifts: 9am - 7pm.
Requirements : MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
Experience in both consultations and surgical procedures.
Ability to work sole charge when needed.
Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
Remuneration : £450 per day.
