This role is based in Carlisle or Cockermouth, offering flexibility for full-time or part-time hours, with a hybrid working arrangement available.

Your Mission In this role, you will manage a variety of residential conveyancing transactions, including leasehold properties, unregistered titles, new builds, and transfers of part of title.
Youll utilise your expertise to deliver outstanding service, working collaboratively with a team of legal professionals including fee-earners, paralegals, and legal assistants.
Proactive problem-solving and exceptional organisational skills will be key, as will your ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Familiarity with case management systems would be an asset, though training will be provided if required.
Key Competencies Proven experience in residential conveyancing transactions.
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or working towards qualification.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent IT and organisational abilities.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work.
