Position Title: Litigation Solicitor- Head of Department Location: Bromley, Sidcup, Beckenham, or Blackheath Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (D.O.E) Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their growing legal team.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including property & land disputes, landlord & tenant issues, debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law, and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities Provide clear, timely, and accurate legal advice across a range of litigation matters.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Achieve billing and time recording targets, ensuring financial control of your caseload.
Handle client complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Participate in business development, marketing, and networking activities to grow the practice.
Ensure confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and company policies.
Stay current with legal developments and engage in ongoing professional development.
Key Requirements Qualifications: Qualified solicitor, eligible to practice in England.
Experience: 5+ years in a similar litigation role, with proven experience in delivering high-quality legal services.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of litigation processes and relevant legal developments.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Other: Willingness to attend networking events and contribute to business development.
