Every person who joins our team is given full training, meaning you don't need to have a qualification in Health and Social care or a background of Support.

Full and Part-Time contracts are available and candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns including days, nights, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Lifeways offers all new members of staff paid induction training and a commitment to on-going training and personal development is encouraged.
